The kilt is absolutely beautiful, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I ordered a midi skirt and I received a regular kilt. It barely sits above my knees and it is not anywhere a midi skirt. It is a beautiful piece. Thank you

I was disappointed to discover that the Women's Tartan Pleated Midi Kilt uses velcro as its fastening device. I mistakenly believed that because so many of the photos feature the traditional leather buckles, that this kilt would, too. Fit and quality were otherwise satisfactory, but I don't think this kilt will be the frequent favorite wardrobe item I was hoping for.
