I received this beautiful kilt before the expected time and I am SO pleased!! This kilt is beautiful!! Love all the silver accents on it. It is well made, heavy duty and fully adjustable. It should have been a 24-in not 16-in it was a 16 oz wasn't it it would be ok for a young lady to wear yeah but a man normally doesn't wear something under his kilt and that will be a little bit short for me to wear little bit disappointed when it got here do like the colour it is the best light blue Tottenham I have found
