I've ordered numerous kilts, vests and coats from this company and I love them all.
I'm a receptionist and my dress code for work is 'Business Professional' which requires nylons or knee socks to be worn with a skirt/kilt. Last year, I took a chance and ordered my first kilt for a theme party. It was a Pride of Scotland kilt and I previously posted a review on this site. I got numerous compliments and it was so comfortable and well made! My boss worked with HR so I could wear my Pride of Scotland kilt to work for the American 'Casual Friday'. I began ordering more kilts from this site and currently HR gave me approval to wear them anytime. I'm glad because I have a 13km or 8 US miles one direction bike ride to work and these wool kilts are so comfortable to wear biking!
As fall approached this year, I e-mailed KiltExperts.com and asked if they would make me a vest and jacket. OMG! They replied quickly, asked for my measurements and sent me my first Thompson tartan coat and vest within a few weeks!! That is fast because it had to be custom made.
This is a very good company to do business with. All the clothing is custom made to the measurements you send to them. I now have a closet full of KiltExpert.com kilts.

Before ordering, use the instructions for measurements. I did and each clothing item fit me perfect.
